Personal Supplies
Please label all items.
- A labeled book bag or backpack
- A rectangular plastic pencil box 8”x5”X2” (labeled with name) to hold all crayons, scissors, erasers and pencils
- A labeled art smock (a parent/guardians old t-shirt works well)
- A pair of headphones in a labeled plastic bag
- A labeled plastic bag with a change of clothes (pants, shirt, socks and underwear) for you to keep in your locker just in case
To Share with the Class
- 2 packages of baby wipes
- 1 box of tissues
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 1 box of large ziploc bags (boys only)
- 1 box of small ziploc bags (girls only)
- 2 boxes of 24 crayons (Crayola are best)
- 1 box of #2 pencils (Ticonderoga are best)
- 2 large glue sticks (Elmer’s is best)
- One eraser (white eraser preferred)
First Grade
- A healthy snack (every day)
- 2 boxes of sharpened Ticonderoga #2 pencils
- 1 pair of Fiskar children’s scissors
- 2 pink wedge erasers (any brand/color)
- 1 red two-pocket folder (with pockets at the bottom, no clasps, please)
- 2 boxes of 24 Crayola crayons
- 1 box of 8 regular sized Classic Colors Crayola markers (conical/broad tip)
- 1 box of 4 Expo Markers
- 1 plastic pencil box (6×8 spacemaker is a good size)
- 2 large Elmer’s gluesticks
- Headphones in a plastic Ziploc bag (labeled with the student’s name)
- Art smock (an old shirt is fine)
- Sneakers (for gym class and recess)

Second Grade
- 1 Box – Crayola Crayons (24 Count)

Third Grade

Fourth Grade
- 2- boxes of #2 pre-sharpened pencils (Ticonderoga preferred)
- 1 -set of headphones (in a zip-loc bag, labeled with name)
- 4- Dry Erase markers
- 1-pencil case
- 1-box of colored pencils
- 1-pack of glue sticks (at least 3)
- 1-bottle of Elmer’s liquid glue
- 1-3 subject notebook (any color)
- 1-composition notebook (any color)
- 5-two –pocket folders (1-green, 1-blue, 1-yellow, 1-red, 1-purple) – Plastic folder preferred
- 1-pair of small scissors
- 2- boxes of tissues
- 2-Rolls paper towel
Fifth Grade
- Pencil pouch- a medium size zipper pouch
- Pencils- 2 boxes of #2 Dixon Ticonderoga. Please keep a good supply at home and replenish as needed throughout the year.
- Colored Pencils- 1 box
- Scissors- 1 large pair
- Glue Sticks- 2 large (Elmer’s preferred)
- 1- Graphing Notebook
- Sticky Notes- 5 stacks or one large package (any color)
- Folders- 3 double pocket folders (1 Green for Science, 1 Red for ELA, and 1 choice for Math)
- Tissues – 2 boxes to be shared with the class throughout the year
- Classroom funds- Please send in $20 to purchase your agenda ($5) and to pay for our Outdoor Ed ($15) experience. We will be using the agendas DAILY to organize assignments and/or communicate with parents.
