2026-2027 Dorothy Nolan Supply Lists

Kindergarten | First Grade | Second Grade | Third Grade | Fourth Grade | Fifth Grade 

Below you will find a grade-specific list of supplies that will help prepare your student for the start of school.   Materials can be brought to school on the first day. 

Kindergarten

These are personal items (please label with your child’s name):

  • 1 book bag (no wheels please)
  • 1 water bottle
  • 1 set of headphones  (standard 3.5mm 1/8 inch over the ear, no earbuds; in a labeled Ziploc bag)
  • 1 lunchbox or bag if you will be a “bringer”
  • 1 pair of sneakers for PE and recess

 

These will be shared items (no need to label):

  • 3 boxes (24 count) of Crayola Crayons (regular size and shape please)
  • 1-2 containers of Wet Ones Wipes (or equivalent- no antibacterial and fragrance free)
  • 1 box of tissues
  • 3 large glue sticks
  • 1 roll of paper towels

First Grade

These are personal items (please label with your child’s name):

  • 1 book bag (no wheels please)
  • 1 water bottle (24 oz or smaller)
  • 1 set of headphones (over the ear USB-C, no earbuds; in a labeled Ziploc bag)
  • 1 lunchbox or bag if you will be a “bringer”
  • 1 pair of sneakers for PE and recess
  • 1 pair of Fiskars blunt tip child metal scissors
  • 1 pencil box (only for Mrs. Perry, Mrs. Spoor, Mrs. Salado)

These will be shared items (no need to label):

  • 4 boxes (24 count) of Crayola Crayons (regular size and shape please)
  • 2 box of tissues
  • 6 large glue sticks (Elmers’ brand, unscented) only for Mrs. Perry, Mrs. Ramsdill, Mrs. Salado, and Mrs. Williams
  • 2 large pink erasers
  • 1 box of gallon sized Ziploc freezer bags (if last name is A-K)
  • 1 roll of paper towels
  • 1 container unscented baby wipes
  • 1 container hand santizer

Second Grade

  • One Plastic Pencil Box
  • Two Boxes of Crayola Crayons (16 or 24 count only)
  • 24 Ticonderoga Pencils (sharpened)
  • 12 Crayola Colored Pencils
  • 2 Pink Erasers
  • 4 Large Glue Sticks
  • 2 Yellow Highlighters
  • 2 Black Sharpies
  • 4 Black Expos
  • 1 Handheld Pencil Sharpener With Case 
  • Fiskar Scissors
  • One Box of Tissues
  • One Container of Baby Wipes
  • USB-C headphones (Labeled in a plastic bag)
  • Spill Proof Water Bottle

Third Grade

  • Sturdy headphones- NO earbuds (labeled with name in zip-lock bag)
  • 1 box of crayons – 24 ct. not larger please c scissors (labeled)
  • 1 package of sticky notes (community)
  • at least 6 glue sticks (community)
  • 4  2-pocket folders (labeled)
  • 1 package of colored sharpies (community)
  • 1 soft crayon/pencil holder (labeled) (no hard crayon boxes please)
  • 1 package of dry erase markers (community)
  • 4 packages of pre-sharpened pencils (community)
  • Scotch tape
  • 1 Composition Notebook
  • 4 large boxes of facial tissue (if possible)
  • 2 packs of wipes (if possible)
  • 1 roll paper towels (if possible)

Fourth Grade

  • 2  pink pearl erasers
  • 2 boxes of sharpened Ticonderoga pencils
  • 1 pack of glue sticks
  • 1 pair of scissors
  • 1 soft pencil case with a loop to hang
  • 1 handheld Scotch tape disposable dispenser
  • 1 set of headphones in a bag labeled with your name
  • 1 large (at least 120 pages) 3 subject spiral notebook
  • 1 pack of colored pencils (no markers please)
  • 1 container of disinfectant wipes (if your last name is A-M)
  • 2 boxes of tissues (if you last name is N-Z)
  • 1 1-inch binder with a pocket (students taking orchestra only)

Fifth Grade

These are personal items (please label with your child’s name):

  • 1 pair of headphones (in a labeled Ziploc bag; no earbuds)
  • 1 sturdy zippered pencil/supply pouch with hole punches on the side (labeled with name) please no pencil boxes or hard topped pencil cases
  • 1 hand-held scotch tape
  • 1 pack of post-it notes
  • 1 pair of scissors (Fiskars if possible)
  • 1 handheld pencil sharper that catches the shavings

These will be shared items (no need to label):

  • 4 packs of 12 Ticonderoga sharpened pencils
  • 2 black Paper Mate Flair pens
  • 2 black Sharpie markers
  • 4 glue sticks
  • 4 highlighers (different colors)
  • 1 pack of 4 Expo Markers (black, fine or broad tip)

If possible:

  • Tissues
  • Paper towels
  • Lined loose leaf paper
  • Packs of Post-It Notes
  • Eraser caps
  • Pencils
