The HS Counseling Department will be hosting a college fair at Saratoga Springs High School on Thursday, September 25 from 6:30-8:00 PM in the Blue gymnasium. This is a wonderful opportunity for high school students to explore a variety of college options. We hope you will take advantage of these opportunities to explore a few two-year and four-year schools.
All students must have their student ID’s when purchasing school lunch.
Attention all sophomores, juniors and seniors. Let’s go to Costa Rica and Panama in February of 2026. There are limited spots available so you must act fast. Those interested should attend the interest meeting with a parent or guardian on Thursday, September 18th at 5:00 in the High School Library. ¡Nos vemos!
Interested in exploring exciting professional career paths? Join the Entrepreneurs and Business Professionals Club on Thursday, September 18th, right after school in Room D218. Whether you’re curious or already career-focused, all are welcomed, don’t miss out!

The Club for Advanced Historical International Studies is meeting this Thursday and every Thursday after school in B209. All are welcome. This week we will be holding officer elections. Come find out why B209 is so crowded every Thursday afternoon!
Seniors: It’s the time of the year! College Visits have begun: There are many schools holding visits from now until mid-December. To register, log into your Naviance account. See the counseling office or the bulletin board outside the counseling office for more information. College Instant Admissions Day will begin on November 19th. We have 3 local colleges holding events this year. Students will meet with a college admissions counselor to review their application and transcript. Students who are interested in participating should register at their senior conference or stop by the counseling office.
The Shades of Blue creative writing club will meet on Monday September 22nd for the second meeting. Will we be writing, so bring your writing notebook.
Do you have in-depth knowledge that seems unappreciated? Saratoga Quiz Bowl is a quiz competition where students can compete against other schools. During these competitions students are asked questions on a wide range of topics and use buzzers to answer the questions. We are looking for new members to join our team. Come to a practice! If you are interested, or have questions, you can reach out to (Mrs. Gebhard/Mrs. Neddo) or go to B120 after school on Mondays and Thursdays.
Join Amnesty club in B115 every Thursday after school to discuss and debate human rights, raise awareness about world issues and help raise money for amnesty. All new members are welcome. Snacks included!
