ANNOUNCEMENTS

Attention Seniors! College Decision Day is Friday, May 1st. Be sure to wear your college gear and find Mrs. Redman in B114 to have a photo taken to be included in the 2026 Spring Insert. 

 

Dungeons and Dragons Club will meet as usual this Friday, May 1st, in the cafeteria from after school until 4pm. Hope to see you there!

 

This Friday, May 1st, is the last day to buy prom tickets! Sales are after school every day but Wednesday in the main lobby.

 

Reminder: there will be a Club for Advanced Historical International Studies meeting today April 30 after school in B209.  We will be discussing officer nominations for next year. If you would like to run for an officer position, please plan to attend.

 

The next Teen Age Republicans club meeting is Tuesday May 5 after school in B209.  We will be discussing plans to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the independence of the United States.  If you love America, you should attend!  All are welcome.

 

Food Science Club will be meeting today, after school, in Room D201. We will be MAKING snacks. 

 

ATTENTION SENIORS:

There are a handful of scholarships still available. They are currently being posted in Naviance and on the bulletin board outside of the Counseling Office. All scholarship criteria, deadlines, and application links can be accessed through Naviance. Scholarships will continue to be updated through the end of the school year.

The 7th Annual Haiku Poetry Contest entries are due this Friday. Winning haiku wins $50 cash! Each person can submit up to 5 haiku. Email entries to Mr. Ubriaco or drop them off at B115. 

 

Food Science Club is meeting after school today in Room D201. We will be making snacks. 

 

Hola Spanish Honor Society.  There is a meeting for sophomore and junior members on Tuesday, May 5 at 2:30 in the TA.  Only seniors in need of hours need to attend. Again, this is for sophomores, juniors, and seniors in need of hours.  Gracias.

 

AP exams will be taking place starting Monday, May 4th through May 13th.  Exams will be given in the upper D-Wing.  As a result, traffic will be directed away from the upper D-Wing during testing including the staircase at the end of the D-Wing.  Please respect the testing environment and comply to any signs or instructions directing you away from the testing area.

 

Young Democrats Club will meet tomorrow, after school, in B115. Come and join if you want to participate in debate and political discussion.
