Club Meetings and Information February 13th, 2024
The Science, Math, and Technology Departments would like to invite parents and students of all 6th and 7th grade students to attend a virtual information night on Tuesday, February 13th from 7:00-8:00 p.m. The information session will provide an overview of the middle school courses and review the requirements for accelerated math and science. A link for the presentation will be posted on the Maple webpage and sent on ParentSquare.
Science and Math Accelerated placement testing will take place on March 6 and March 13. All grade 6 and grade 7 students NOT currently accelerated can register to take the placement tests. Register by Friday, February 16th. See your science or math teacher for more information and for the registration link.
On Wednesday February 14th there will be a mandatory informational and sign-up meeting for any 7th or 8th grade boy interested in playing JV Tennis this spring. The meeting will be directly after school in gym F and will last approximately 15 minutes. If you cannot attend, please see Coach Nizzi.
16 More Days to Order your 2024 Maple Avenue Yearbook!!! The deadline of February 29th is quickly approaching. Please use the information and link on the Maple Avenue Announcements and News page or use this link: https://jostensyearbooks.com/?REF=A01005038 to pre-order. The books are $14 plus tax and soft cover. Additional books will not be sold when they arrive in June.
MAGSA will have its next meeting after school in room 138 on Wednesday, February 14th. See Mr. Kane with any questions.
There is a student council meeting on Wednesday 2/14.
