Maple Ave Morning Announcements

an “A” day
- International Club will meet after school today in room 255. We will finalize our winter project, learn about winter traditions around the world and our new Olympic project.
- Pop Culture will meet today in the Large Group Room. Please let Mrs. Schnorr know if you need a late bus pass.
- Science Bowl will meet today in room 267.
- Voice Club meets today in the chorus room and is for All-County students only. We will continue learning music for the All-County festival.
- Attention Ski Club Members:
If you are riding the bus Thursday to West, you will receive your lift pass from the chaperone on the bus. If you are reusing your pass from last year, please be sure to bring it with you.
If you are not riding the bus, please stop by Room 267 (Mr. Scrivo) before Block 1 or during Flex to pick up your lift pass.
Please be sure to review the ski club procedures from the December meeting. Students riding the bus to the mountain must be dropped off to school with their equipment in the front lot between 7:00–7:30 a.m.
Skis and snowboards should be placed on the U-Haul, and students should enter the building through the auditorium entrance. Boot bags will be stored in the auditorium restrooms, and students will remain in the auditorium until dismissed.
- Modified Swim Team interest meeting on Thursday, January 8th during grade level flexes. Any 7th or 8th grade student in welcome to attend the meeting! The meeting will be held in room 186, Mr. Muldner’s offfice Please see Coach Muldner with any questions.
- The yearbook photographer will be in the building today taking candid shots for our yearbook. Please note that any hand gestures of any kind, including hearts, the peace sign and thumbs up will NOT be considered to be included in this year’s yearbook. - Check In – Check Out Students: This is a reminder to Check In each morning before 1st block and Check Out each afternoon at 2:16. Weekly prizes start next week!
