Grade 6

Supplies used in multiple classes:

  • 48 – #2 pencils
  • 1 pack loose-leaf paper
  • Highlighters (4 pack)
  • Colored pencils
  • Pencil pouch
  • Handheld pencil sharpener
  • 2 glue sticks
  • Ear buds/headphones
  • 2 Composition Notebook – Label with student’s name and class: Writing Skills and Reading Skills
  • 8-10 durable 2 pocket folders – Label with student’s name and class: Math, Social Studies, Language Arts, Science, Writing Skills, Reading Skills, Math Skills, General Music, Band or Orchestra
  • 2 boxes of tissues
  • TI-30XS Multiview Scientific Calculator
  • 1 inch binder – Science
  • Water Bottle (labeled with first and last name)
  • Gym Clothes and Sneakers
  • White block eraser – Art

    Grade 7

    Supplies used in multiple classes:

    • Highlighters (3-4)
    • Pencils ~144 total
    • Scientific calculator (TI-30XS Multiview)
    • Loose leaf (2 packages to be given to ELA teacher)
    • Tissues (5 boxes to be given to Social Studies teacher)
    • Handheld pencil sharpener

    Additional TEAM SPECIFIC supplies will be requested at the start of the school year

    Class Specific Supplies:

    • Art 7 – pencils & 1 box of tissues
    • Physical Education – Gym Clothes & sneakers

    Grade 8

    We encourage you to recycle and re-use any supplies from this year that are still in good shape (binders, book covers, etc).

    • Two 2” binders
    • Dividers (one 5-8 pack)
    • Two 2 pocket folders (plastic preferred)
    • Highlighters (4 pack)
    • Index Cards (two packs of 100)
    • Loose Leaf Paper (2 packages)
    • Pens (blue or black)
    • Pencils
    • Pencil/Pen pouch or box
    • Tissues (2 boxes- give to Flex Team teacher)
    • Scientific Calculator TI30XS-Multi-view
      • If student is taking Algebra, see below for graphing calculator needed
    • Earbuds or Headphones (wired headphones preferred)
    • 12 count-colored pencils
    • Personal handheld pencil sharpener
    • Water bottle (optional) labeled with student first and last name preferred

    Class Specific Supplies:

    • Algebra- Texas-Instrument Graphing Calculators. Options: TI-84 Plus CE, TI-84 Plus (please email math teacher with any questions)
    • World Languages: 1  2-pocket folder, 1 black dry-erase marker
    • STEM Academy- graph paper composition book (engineering notebook)
    • Biology (Living Environment) – One 1-inch binder
    • Art- Block erasers
    • Physical Education- Gym clothes and sneakers
    • General Music- pencils
    • Chorus- All members of the chorus will be asked to purchase a chorus t-shirt, which will be worn at the district’s collaborative choral concert in March. Donations will be used to purchase a shirt for students who are unable to purchase one.
