Student Enrollment For Transportation Form

The Saratoga Springs City School District uses an annual enrollment process for student transportation.  Each year parents/guardians will be required to enroll their student to receive transportation to and from school. This process in no way waives your child’s right to district provided transportation, if eligible under Board of Education Policy. It simply helps our district to provide more efficient transportation services by routing only students who are enrolled. Students who are not enrolled will not be scheduled for transportation. This election can be changed at any time by submitting the electronic Transportation Enrollment /Change Form. We request that parents only elect transportation if their child will regularly ride the school bus. Changes will be made within 3 business days of form submission. The transportation department will monitor student ridership through the use of attendance logs and student scan card data. Our department will contact families if students have not been transported for 10 consecutive days or more.
