Important Information for Those Attending the Ceremony
Tickets
New this year, attendees will need to complete an online registration to obtain tickets for graduation.

- There is no fee to attend the graduation ceremony.
- The online registration allows SPAC to know who will be attending the event for safety and tracking purposes.
- Physical tickets can be mailed for an additional fee.
- Registrants may also choose to pick up physical tickets at the Box Office on the day of the ceremony.
- Mobile tickets are strongly encouraged to avoid waiting and delays.
- Each person attending the ceremony will need a ticket, which will be scanned upon entry to verify access to the venue.
- All guests in the same party must enter together, as each ticket will be scanned individually upon entry.
- If guests plan to arrive at different times, it is recommended that they register separately to ensure a smooth entry process.
- Seating will not be assigned. Tickets are for entry into the venue only and do not reserve seats.
- There is no limit to the number of tickets available for the ceremony.
- To help manage ticket distribution efficiently, online registrations are limited to 10 tickets per transaction. If additional tickets are needed, separate registrations must be completed.
- Both the Main Entrance (off Route 50) and the Hall of Springs Entrance will have personnel available to scan tickets.
Universal Screening
All attendees will be subject to screening by SPAC personnel. New safety protocols at SPAC include:
- Metal detector screening
- Bag checks conducted by SPAC personnel
Alternative screening procedures may be available for individuals with medical needs.
