Physical Information:
Physicals expire 12 months after the date of the health exam. No athlete will be permitted to play or tryout with an expired physical. Please reach out to the nurse at hs_healthoffice@saratogaschools.org to see if your child needs a physical and schedule an appointment. Click here for a link to the Health Examination Form.

Athletic Placement Process (APP) Information
Spring Sports APP Fitness Test Dates:
- Spring: Wednesday, March 4 and Thursday, March 5 at Maple Avenue after school
Winter Registration & Start Dates:
- Monday, November 17 – Freshman, JV, and Varsity sports begin. Please check Schedule Galaxy for practice times and locations at the high school.
- Monday, November 24– Girls Modified 9 Basketball starts at Maple Ave. Any 8th or 9th grade girls are welcome to try out for the team. Modified Wrestling also begins on this date.
- Monday, December 1 – Girls and Boys Modified 7/8 Basketball starts at the middle school.
- Monday, October 20 –Family ID/Arbiter will open for registration and medical clearance for Varsity, Junior varsity, and Freshman level sports
- Monday, Oct 27 –Family ID/Arbiter will open for registration and medical clearance for Modified sports including modified 7/8 and mod 9
Spring Registration & Start Dates:

- Monday, March 23 – All Modified Sports (Mod 9, 7th or 8th grade)
