An “A” Day
- Ski club forms for 7th and 8th graders must be turned in tomorrow before first block outside of student services and 6th graders must turn ski club forms in on October 1 before first block outside of student services.
- There will be a Student Council meeting tomorrow in Mrs. Kerls’ room (178). Please go directly to the meeting after school.
- French Club will meet tomorrow at 2:35 PM in room E142. All students are welcome, even if you don’t take French. Any questions, ask Ms. Decker.
- The Bagpiping club will meet tomorrow in Ms. Barber’s room, P222. There will be snacks and loud music!
- Maple Avenue Musical Club Is holding auditions for their production of The Wizard of Oz. Auditions will be submitted online and are due by October 11th. Be sure to pick up the flyer in your house office to find out how to audition for the show or how to apply for backstage positions. Information is available in your house office.
- Battle of the Books will have a final informational meeting after school on Wednesday 9/30. This is for 6th graders who want to learn about the Battle of the Books Club. This is the last informational meeting before the reading schedule kicks off, so if you’ve been thinking of joining, please attend the meeting after school on Wednesday in room 257.
- The Voice Club will be meeting with Mrs. Levin tomorrow after school until 3:05 in the Chorus room. Any students in grade 6-8 who are interested in singing can attend- you do not have to be a member of the school chorus. Come join us and see if the voice club is for you!
- Congratulations to the Boys Modified Cross Country team for continuing their undefeated season and placing first at the Queensbury Invitational Race this past Saturday. Great job, boys!
- Congratulations to the mod 7, white field hockey team for their big win against Niskayuna.
- The International Club is meeting after school tomorrow in room 255. All are welcome to join!
