The Saratoga Springs City School District proudly adopted the Pathways to Excellence Strategic Plan, a comprehensive roadmap designed to guide our work and strengthen our commitment to every student and family we serve.
This plan is the result of a collaborative process that brought together our Board of Education, District Leadership Team, students, staff, families, and community members. Community feedback was gathered through a districtwide engagement process, followed by the formation of a planning team. During this work, the mission, vision, and core values were reviewed, and priority areas and strategies were developed. Detailed action plans were then created to outline specific goals and leadership responsibilities. The plan was further refined through additional review before being presented to the Board of Education for adoption.
