Any Edline or Gradequick issues at Maple Ave.
should be directed to Chuck Kish (ckish@saratogaschools.org, rm P214).
Please do not call during periods 1, 2, 4, 6, 8; my attention needs to
be with my students during those periods.

- Trouble logging in?
These hints can be passed on to students and parents if they have trouble,
too.
- "I forgot my password."
- You created your own screen name and password
when you activated your account.
- Go to Edline at
edline.net
- Click the
"Forgot password?' link
- Enter
your screen name, click continue, if you don't remember your screen
name, go on to the next section
- Answer the security question exactly as
you originally entered it when you opened your Edline account in the
Security Question screen that appears
- Your password will be sent to the email
address you listed with Edline when you opened your account (probably your
school email account)
- "I forgot my screen (and password)."
- You created your own screen name and password
when you activated your account.
- Go to Edline at
edline.net
- Click the
"Forgot Screen Name?" link
- Enter the email address that you used
when you opened your Edline account (probably your school email)
- Answer the security question exactly as
you originally entered it when you opened your Edline account in the
Security Question screen that appears
- Your password will be sent to the email
address you listed with Edline when you opened your account (probably your
school email account)
- If you have no success doing this contact the
Edline account manager for your building.
S/he can verify your screen name and assign a temporary password for you to
use for 1 login. At that time you will be required to choose a new
password -- it can be one you have used before, but cannot be the temporary
password you have been given. This is security precaution -- no one
knows your password but you. It works the same for student and parent
accounts.
