How do I transfer grades from one gradebook to another when a student is moved to a different class?
1) Open the class that has the dropped student
2) Go to Edit, Grade book to Grade book copy
3) Choose the class that the student was dropped from in the "Copy From" column
4) Choose the class that the student has moved to in the "Copy To" column
5) Choose "Student Roster" from the far right column
6) Select "Include Student Info data, Attendance Data, Seating Charts, and Test Scores
7) Click OK...It will ask you if you're sure you want to copy the selected information over then it will give you a list of students...just choose the student(s) and click OK
8) You'll then need choose tests (assignments) that you want to move with them. I'm guessing you'll select all
9) Click OK
10) You may need to restart GradeQuick...and the student may appear twice, delete the one that has no grades, it should be fine.
