Preparing GradeQuick For Report Cards
3 things to do in GradeQuick before the report card deadline:
Be sure your grades are as up to date and accurate as possible. (Remember no grades below 40 or above 100 except quarter 4 when below 40 is permitted.)
Input comment codes for report card comments.
Override any quarter (term) grade you have decided to override.

Open Comment Columns

C1 stands for "Comment 1", C2 for
"Comment 2", etc.

To Repeat the Same Comment To enter same comment to the entire column at once, use the Fill Current Column option.

| Deleting Old Comments If you wish to delete old comments, you can do so by overtyping them, or deleting them separately. But you can delete all the comments in the entire column with the Zap Current Column option:

To override a quarter grade:
The overridden grade will appear a different color than other grades in that column, like the grade in the red box. (Red box does not appear.) (Remember no grades below 40 or above 100 except quarter 4 when below 40 is permitted.) |

Open Comment Columns
Click View, Student Info...
Click C1, C2, and C3 to highlight them.
OK
Enter comment codes from list in handbook.
To Repeat the Same Comment
Click the cell in the column you wish to fill to highlight that cell.
Right-click the highlighted cell.
Click Fill Current Column.
Deleting Old Comments (Zap Current Column)
Click any cell in the column you wish to "zap" to highlight that cell.
Right-click the highlighted cell.
Click Zap Current Column.
Overriding Quarter Grades (Remember no grades below 40 or above 100 except quarter 4 when below 40 is permitted.)
Click the cell to highlight the appropriate grade.
Type in the new grade.
