How To Make A Folder To Organize Your Email

  1.  Open the mail program.

  2. Right-click your name located beside the folders icon.

  3.  Click
       Create New Folder...

  4. Type an appropriate name.

  5. Enter.
  6. To change the name of any folder, right-click it, click rename.
  7. Drag and drop any email you wish into the folder.
  8. To delete a mail folder, right-click it, click Delete.

CAUTION: When you delete a folder, you also delete all email in the folder.  You WILL NOT be able to retrieve them !
