Daro and continue to find specific factual examples to prove that the
inhabitants of the city did indeed build a civilization. Notice the map of the archeological dig
in the upper right hand corner.
What does Mohenjo Daro mean?
- The
third stop will tell us why we need to name these cities instead of
calling them what the citizens called their home cities. This is also the reason why this cradle
of civilization is so mysterious
and the least known.
- At
the end of the next stop are some of the theories regarding the puzzling
disappearance of this civilization.

argument that the Harappans are a civilization and more on the problems
with their writing.
- One
of the reasons for this web quest is that the information in your text
regarding the Aryans is outdated.
