"Bullying!" for parents and caretakers of school-age
children. 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Head Start, Building 29,
Jefferson Terrace. Meet with other parents to discuss this
important issue and how it affects us.

Hidden Culture of Aggression in Girls, presents a
program for middle and high school parents and girls
about bullying. The program is scheduled for 7 p.m. at the
Troy Savings Bank Music Hall. Admission is $20 for adults
and $10 for girls under 19. More

- Monday, Dec. 7: "Taking
Care of Yourself: Stress Management," is the title of a free
community and professional workshop scheduled for 9:30 to
11:30 a.m. at the Cornell Cooperative Extension, located at
50 West High Street in Ballston Spa. The program is offered
by the Health and Human Services Coalition of the Alcohol
and Substance Abuse Prevention Council of Saratoga County.
Presenters are Siobhan A'Hearn, exercise physiologist for
Cornell Cooperative Extension, and Mary Zlotnick, community
coordinator for the Prevention Council. Please RSVP to the
