Fall Sports Physicals                        

Fall Sports Physicals have been scheduled as follows:

Grade 11 and 12
Wednesday, May 28, 2008 (Boys & Girls) 8 a.m.

Grades 9 and 10
Thursday, May 29, 2008 (Boys) 8 a.m.
Tuesday, June 3, 2008 (Girls) 8 a.m.

Maple Avenue
Wednesday, June 11, 2008 (Girls) 8 a.m.
Monday, June 16, 2008 (Boys) 8 a.m.                       

 

Athletes should sign up at the Nurse’s Office prior to the dates above.  Athletes need to complete all paperwork before they will be able to start practice and/or tryouts.
